• Appendix: Additional documents referred to in these terms.
• Downloader: A person who downloads a file upon payment.
• Download Page: The webpage where a file can be accessed and downloaded for a fee.
• File: A digital asset (photo, video, document) processed by the solution.
• General Terms and Conditions: These terms, including any appendices.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Legal rights over creations of the mind, worldwide.
• Personal Data Regulation: GDPR, UK DPA 2018, and related laws.
• Solution: The pay-per-download pages and related services.
• Paylock: Paylock LTD, registered in the UK at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
• Uploader: A person who uploads a file to the solution.
• User: Either an Uploader or a Downloader.

2. Purpose and Scope

Paylock LTD provides a pay-per-download service: uploaders share files, downloaders purchase and download them. These terms govern all interactions and transactions.

3. Contractual Documents

The relationship between Paylock and the user is governed by these General Terms and Conditions and any appendices.

4. Acceptance and Updates

By creating an account or downloading a file, users accept these terms. Paylock may update them; significant changes will be notified by email.

5. Paylock Commitments

• Availability: The solution is available 24/7, except for maintenance.
• Support: Users may contact us at contact@paylock.co for assistance.
• Rights Guarantee: Paylock holds all necessary rights to operate the solution and will defend users against IP claims.

6. User Responsibilities

• Age and Security: Must be 18+, safeguard login credentials, and notify Paylock of any breach.
• Prohibited Conduct: No illegal use, disruption, abuse, or IP infringement.
• Legal Compliance: Users comply with all applicable laws.
• Content Sharing: Downloaders must not redistribute purchased files outside the solution.

7. Liability

• Paylock Liability: Provided as a service; not liable for user content or external downtime.
• User Liability: Users indemnify Paylock for damages resulting from their misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

• Paylock IP: Paylock retains all rights in the solution and website.
• Uploader IP: Uploaders keep ownership of files but grant Paylock a license to host, display, and distribute them.

9. Termination

• Duration: Effective upon acceptance until account closure or service end.
• By User: Users may delete their account at any time via settings or by emailing support.
• By Paylock: Paylock may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.

10. Data Protection

Paylock processes personal data in accordance with GDPR, UK DPA, and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes may be brought in UK courts or, for EU users, in their local jurisdiction.
