  • Service disruption: Interrupting, suspending, or slowing the platform.
  • Illicit content: Posting material that violates any law or intellectual‑property right.
  • Sexual or pornographic content: Uploading any pornographic material.
  • Fraudulent use: Using stolen or fraudulent payment cards.
  • Illegal activities: Distributing content that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Unauthorized access: Attempting to intrude into Paylock systems.
  • Overload: Placing disproportionate load on Paylock infrastructure.
  • Security breaches: Circumventing authentication or security measures.
  • Harm to Paylock: Any act that damages Paylock’s commercial or moral interests.
  • Unauthorized copying: Copying or misappropriating the platform or its code.
  • Misuse of service: Diverting the platform for unintended purposes.

Reporting illegal content

Paylock may report any detected illegal content to competent authorities such as the FBI, Interpol, or the French PHAROS platform.

User responsibilities for files

Users warrant that they hold all rights necessary to upload and share their files. Users agree to indemnify Paylock against any claim based on:

  • Personal rights: Violation of privacy or personality rights.
  • Data protection: Breach of personal‑data regulations.
  • Intellectual property: Infringement of copyright, trademark, or database rights.
  • Contractual rights: Breach of any agreement related to the files.

Users will bear all costs, damages, and settlements arising from such claims and hold Paylock harmless.

Changes to this policy

Paylock may revise this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or risk considerations. Updated versions are binding once posted. Review this page regularly to avoid service interruptions.
